Scholarship Application Procedure for the Welcome to Austria-Stipendium

Please only use the following online form. After filling out the form, you will receive an e-mail with an applicant ID number, which you can always indicate in future communications with us. The application deadline is 20 August 2023. Please send us the following documents after your application:

  • Creative motivation video (max. 1 minute, max. file size 1.5 GB, file formats accepted: .mp4, .mov, .avi, .wmv, .mpg)
  • 3 photos matching your letter of motivation (jpg, png, gif, tiff - min. 300dpi)
  • Current certificate of enrollment and admissions letter from the Austrian university
  • Signed Conditions of Participation and consent form (Conditions of Participation)

How do I send you the additional documents?

Please upload all documents on a download portal (e.x. Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive) and send us the download link via email to . Do not forget to indicate your ID number! You will get a confirmation email when we received all your documents and accepted your participation.
